I received a call from Wendy at around 4pm
Wendy: Hey, the animal hospital called..
Ed: Oh.. So how?
Wendy: The doctor asks us to go and see him personally, he say he needs to talk to us..
Ed: Oh no.. did he say anything else, was it very serious?
Wendy: He said her blood count is very low and her white count is on the high side.. he needs us to be there, something about giving us options..
Ed: ohh....okay....

12am - I was surfing Astro channels on the living room when I heard some sort of animal shrieks coming from outside my window. It was as if someone beating the poor soul. I tried to ignore it figuring might be some midnight dog-fight situation on the street till Wendy asked me ‘did you hear the animal cry?’
I got up on my feet and peer through the half ajar window looking...
